LED Light Bulbs

How many of you use LED Lightbulbs in your house?

I have been testing two in my house, and have been loving it! The first one I replaced (almost a year ago), was one in the bathroom that is the cool white light one, and when people would go past the bathroom while the light was on, they kept wondering why it appeared as if the bathroom had allot of natural light shining in it. 😀

A second one I had replaced, was a hallway light, which is pretty nice.

Both lightbulbs have lasted for almost a year so far, and it is enjoyable to not have to replace the bulbs a couple times a year.

And I just got a third for a desk lamp in my room, and I am planning to buy a few more LED bulbs for a few more hallway and staircase lights.

I don't have any LED lightbulbs. I considered trying them out, but wanted to wait and see what other people said.

I love them so far. 🙂 Anyone have any experiences with LEDs? If so, which brands do you prefer if you do have them?

I was an electrician for awhile. We've converted many LED's for grocery stores, offices, warehouses...etc I'm big with LED's as they last much longer, Put off minimal heat and they save you $$$. I would suggest going green with your whole house over time. They can get pricey at times, so just slowly convert and you'll even start seeing changes in your bill :]

I have not got any LED Light Bulbs in my house, are they good to get? Would you recommend them?

I hadn't heard of them before. My family uses the springy bulbs that give me a headache. I don't like our lighting one bit.

I don't use LED light bulbs as I don't think they are compatible with my light sockets.
