What are some of the lesser known social media sites that might be valuable?

Mewe is out there. I used it a couple of years ago when I came off of Facebook. I don't have my account anymore but was nice to have an alternative without censorship.

I have an account there too and my friends there stopped posting, so I stopped visiting it.

Mastodon immediately springs to mind. The media were hyping them up to be the "new Twitter". I'm not sure they're quite at that level, but they have grown significantly in popularity

You know, I don't remember hearing about them before! I guess the media fell out of love fast?

I can't think of the name but the people created twitter sold it and then created a platform called medium.

Truth Social?

Season 9 Lol GIF by The Office

Mastodon really seems to be on the way up, though I don't know how to pronounce it.

We have now included this in the social media package, just need to update the templates.

I miss MySpace and Bebo they would have been perfect for the social promotion service.

MySpace is still around but it's for entertainment/music. I checked it out yesterday and scratched it off my list.

I only use Twitter for social media.

I like the anonymity it has over platforms like Facebook.

Facebook is mind numbing and not worth the time of day.

Do you Tweet often or do you mostly read other Tweets?

The only alternative social media platform I use is Mastodon and I rarely visit it. I did promote one of my old forums on Mastodon once after I discovered it for the first time. I didn't get much traffic though... I feel it's better to use popular social media platforms than lesser known ones to promote your site.

Has anyone tried Digg and Mix. I was active on these platforms a couple of years ago, but I have not checked these platforms for a long time

For sure. I'd have made a MySpace page by now for my sites/forums too.

No, not in quite sometime for Digg.

Yeah, I visit my account there when I want to buy a digital movie code. Quite a few groups moved on mewe when Google Plus shut down.

I think Reddit can be helpful. You can use Reddit to engage with your audience and bring new visitors to your site if you have one. You can create a subreddit for your website where you can post updates on what's going on at your business, so that people who visit Reddit through that subreddit will see those updates in their feed. their data. It can help you expand your reach.

Pinterest is another social media platform that I think is worth considering. Pinterest has been around for a long time and continues to grow. So it's simple to discover loads of high-quality pins that will inspire you or get you content ideas. You can also use it to identify vendors and manufacturers that offer items similar to yours, which could lead to new collaborations or partnerships in the future!
