I'm a Specialist. There are very few Generalist Officers that I know of. Officers in the U.S. are put into Functional Areas that are Specialized.

I'm a 51A/51Z Program Management for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Logistics and Technology. My background has been Science and Technology Systems.

Level II in 51C (Contracts)
Level I (Test)

There are moments of high adventure but for the most part, it's a good life.
