It's not really the whole header that needs to be fixed. The banner could just be transparent or set to the color of the header.

Another gaming forum. You need to make it differ from all the other billion that are out there. Also, I am not a big fan of your theme. Maybe since its a gaming forum, you need to have more than just a 360 theme.
