First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I see is your banner. You did a great job on this. It lets guests know that your site is about things from Ipods to Laptops to Desktops to Xbox.
Your site looks good, the homepage is nice, but your index has a little too many boards. I will delve into this later.
Your " Reasons to Join " area is a little bogus. I never liked seeing these, it just looks bad. Make a welcome message which simply talks about what your site does for the person, and bold important parts of the message.
The theme fits for the niche, so thats A-OK.
Other than the amount of boards and the Reasons to join thing instead of a nice welcome message, appearance and firsts are good.

Your layout is alright. The welcome message needs some work. Get rid of reasons to join and just write a welcome message.
Your " Site " category needs some work.
Introductions should be at the bottom of this category. You should do something a bit like this:
Category: Lets Tech
---Board: Announcements/News
---Board: About Us ( replace the " Our Site " area with this )
---Board: Introduce Yourself
Your board layout is fine otherwise. Your board is clearly about discussing these things, so they fit fine even though they seem a bit overdone.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
This is where the biggest problem is. Your board descriptions are poor. " I owned that noob Halo player. " ?
For a tech discussion site? Sorry, won't work. You need to redo these and make them more professional. Spelling isn't as bad as the problem that all of these descriptions are short and poor.

Final Remarks:
Your board will have potential if you rethink those board descriptions and fix that top forum as I suggested. Other than that all I can suggest is moving to a paid host and paid domain once you get some membership, this way you will have the best site you can have!
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The banner, and how open the site is, but to a point. It's not just one of those " general " forums that pop up everyday, it's a forum for technology, which works great.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The blatant nonprofessionalism in the descriptions.
