When I first visit "Lets Forum", I can't help but think that the name is incorrect, as "lets" is usually "let's". While this bugs me, there is nothing you can do about it now. Although, I think I see what you mean by the name "Lets Forum'-"let's go forum". I think the theme is pleasant, and light on the eyes, but there are too many boards.
This has caused some boards to become bare also. Some of them can be condensed into each other. For example, the "Premium" forum could be turned into a subforum of "The Marketplace". I like the customized, individual forum icons. It adds a nice touch. Overall, my first impression of Lets Forum is okay.

As I stated above, I think the theme is nice and light on the eyes. I see you have two themes, a default one and "Sleeq". This is nice because it gives members options to choose from, so I would keep both. You might even want to add another theme just for the sake of choice. Maybe a dark one. I don't like the announcement bar. It looks plain.
There are a few monument bar plugins for MyBB, I recommend you find and download one of them instead as they are easy to customize and have many colors to choose from. The animated header banner is distracting to me, I'd like to see an option where I can choose from a plain, non-moving background. Keep in mind, some people can get headaches or get dizzy from moving or spinning things online so in order to cater your forum for everyone, keep that in mind. When I click or hover on "Quick Search", nothing happens. Not sure if this is a bug or what.

Lets Forum does not do well in this category unfortunately. One of the main problems are the forum descriptions. Let's look at the Deal Disputes forum description for example:
The first problem with this is the swearing. This does not look professional at all, and will turn people off from the forum. there's no need to swear in the descriptions either- if you word them correctly your point will still get across. The second problem is the "scamming rampage' part. This comes across pretty negatively which isn't good at all. A better way to word the "Deal Disputes" description is:
I recommend removing the "420 Blaze It" category. Nothing good would come out of a category like that just due to the nature of it. and remember- it's not legal everywhere. I personally would not join a forum with content like that on it, and I am sure others wouldn't either. Professionalism is something you really need to work on.

At first I was just having fun with the site and using teenage language to sort of mix in with the audience that was already there.
I've added a new theme, plugins, and updated my awards system + points system. The upgrade rank is also different now, and is available for purchase via the NewPoints system so all upgrades on the forum are 100% free.
I'm adding some of your suggestions to my site checklist. I'll get most of the issues that you see taken care of and maintain the site in a more professional manner. Would like to get another review in a few weeks or so.

Loving the logo of your forum, King Forums. It's a really nice name too. Sorry to hear about what happened with your forum but I guess it can teach you sometimes to increase and improve forum security. Only thing I would change is the width of some of your stuff, your menu bar is a different width to your forum container
