First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice is the snow, it's not really Christmas and I personaly see no reason for it being there. When I was browsing around your forum the snow would not stop falling, If I was a regular member tat would get on my nerves. Your banner is okay, it fits in with your forums gradient background and with the template so its all good

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well, your layout is great! Your banner and template fit nicely together. all your forums are into the right catagories and I love the news bit at the top! Although there is a big banner ad at the top of your forum, the layout makes up for it. It's a very dull template though, you could style it up with some graphics of an N or something along those lines. One more thing, when I click your banner it doesnt redirect me back to the homepage. I think you should enabe that.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your activity isnt good. From what I can see the only eople visiting your forums are staff and guests and the only people that are posting much on the forum is staff? Despite that all topics that are made are mostley getting replys ad the replys are good and lengthy. :great:
If you want your forum to grow big I would recommend buying some forum posts from various posting website. You can get some very cheap these day! It seems that some forum are getting posted on more than other, that is to be expected. Maybe you could try and create more topics and get more chats going on in the less- popular forums

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
What can I say, it seems to me that you have found some great staff, They come on everyday and post good helpfull posts. Thats all you ever want from a team member. You dont seem overstaffed either, the amount of staff you have fits well with the amount of posts and members. If the forum activity starts to slow down then I think you would only need about 2 mods.
Keep up the good staff and dont lose them, there keepers! :cheer:

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your posts are with good grammer, all of your news filled with information and helpfull. If I were to pop round to your forum not knowing who anyone was I would think that you are a proffesional forum with good staff and a great admin in charge. However, the snow falling looses your credibility and so does the ads. I strongly think that the minute you get onto your Cpanel you should take away the snow. Even just browsing on your forum for ten minutes the snow makes me angry.
