http://www.libreoffice.org Vs. Microsoft Office,
Which do you choose,
I choose libre office cause it's free and has several different options, and it's easy to install and set up.

I'd much prefer Microsoft Office, I've just always been more comfortable with it. 🙂

It really all depends, some people rely on some of the features that MS Office has to provide that the freebies don't necessarily offer.

I use both. Both have features that the other doesn't have. So I switch from time to time. But most of the time, I use MSO. 🙂

I also prefer MS Office, but I'm slightly addicted to Outlook. I have used LO and find it a good alternative. Open Office is also excellent.

MS Office. The features are good and the program is widely used by customers. Never heard of Libre Office, personally. 😛

I use MS Office, i have never heard of Libre Office, although I have heard of Open Office but never really tried it out

MS Office has everything I need so no point looking else where

I just downloaded Libre Office today. I like it a lot. So much better then Microsoft word.

I've got Microsoft office because it came pre-installed on my laptop 🙂

I have to go with Office, even though I am using a Mac, because it is what I am comfortable with and it's widely used, so I can make a document at home and take it to the university and continue to work on it there.

This is the first time I heard about libre office. I'd give this a try. Downloading it now. Thank you.

I prefer Word obviously over the branding and the tools it has. Always used it probably always will!

Libre Office is okay but Microsoft Word is much better with more features.

Never heard of the first one, and we used Microsoft Word in school, so my vote definitely is for the second one.

The only program in the Libre/OpenOffice suite that I found really lacking is their powerpoint alternative. I'm mostly a fan of Pages/Numbers/Keynote though. They're the Apple alternatives.
