Let me correct myself. I will give you all of the files to the website, not the hosting. Therefore you still get all posts, etc..

How will I do this? I will just EXPORT from Wordpress so you can Import on your own wordpress. It includes all comments, posts, and members.

Statistics..you will just have to go on my word, as I am not going to go get them. It has only been up for a few days however. I have a lot of rep of FP..and it would really do me no good to lie to you.

Sorry if you were mistaken by my wording which I have changed, but I am selling the articles and domain only. The blog hosting I wish to keep for a future website, and no the theme was not custom, therefore really not having much of a use at all.
