Whenever we get lightning here, I love to sit and watch it, as we don't get too many storms that produce lighting.

Do you like or dislike lighting? Have any stories to tell us about? 🙂

In the UK, depending on the location we don't get it. maybe once a year for a couple of hours. When I was living back in the day I hear it allot

It is normal to be scared of lightning and thunder and I'd say I am a normal person. But lightning is now more scary than before because of the news reports that people are being killed by lightning. This year alone, there were 3 deaths reported that happened in the provinces. The weather bureau has issued a warning that when there is lightning, just stay inside and avoid going out in the open to be safe. You don't know when lightning would strike.

I think watching lightning from a mountain top or overpass can be a cool site to photograph or film. Of course you don't wanna get too close though, for obvious reasons.
