Link Within is a plugin that you can use for blogger or wordpress (self hosted) blogs. What Link Within does it that at the end of your blog post, it will place related posts that users can click to read another post.
You can have it set to display 3, 4 or 5 related articles. It will read the content of the blog post to determine which related posts to display.
Having the related posts (provided by this plugin) is good because it will help keep users on your blog for longer because they will read one post and then click a related post that they may want to read.
