Links to movie streaming download sites in sigs?

Could I get in trouble by the MPAA or RIAA if a member post links to watch copyrighted movie and TV or music free streaming sites in their signature or forum posts?

I think they do this to promote their websites via SEO and refferal traffic.

The new members seem to only post one post and leave, or post a bunch of poor quality posts just to promote their illegal TV and Movie streaming sites where people watch for free without paying.

I think it would be advisable to remove this links and ask the members not to add this type of thing to their sig. If that fails a ban may be in order.
