I tend personally to listen to an already watched movie on repeat a million times over on Youtube or Spotify. I've found out that personally, it calms and relaxes me. I'm a movie buff too. Do you prefer doing that over watching a movie or reading something? I also love listening to podcasts, the radio and documentaries like national geographic or discovery channel.
