Appearance (First Impressions):
The first thing i notice is the bright banner on the dark skin, This looks great, they Contrast really well. The second thing i notice is the christmas hats on the Player's heads, I think its nicely done and makes the forum look festive. I like the skin, The Red Category names really stand out. The only thing i dont like is the way the banner doesnt stretch out the top of the page. I think it would be better if you make the banner bigger. White would be a good colour for one of your groups, maybe the members, as the white would go well on the dark background. The custom Search/Help/Members/Arcade/Affliates buttons are a nice idea, but the images on them are of a bad quality, and the colours of the buttons could be changed to something that would go with the skin a bit more.
Im going to give you 16/20 for this, a few things need to be touched up but nothing big.

Layout:
I really like the layout of your forum, theres a nice amount of forums and all the forums are being used, apart from one, and i dont think theres a need for that forum too, the Live 4 sports store. There really is nothing more i can say on this as i really like everything else, 18/20.

Number Of Members:
40 members, Its a nice number of members. A good start but i noticed that whilst doing this review no one was online. Your forum looks fairly new, So i think for the amount of time you have been open the amount of members you have is good!, Its great to see a good community that will develop nicely.
8/10 for this.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise):
1117 Posts isnt a bad number of posts, But it has potential to be a lot bigger. I would expect more posts as you have 40 members, and most of your members dont have many posts, just a select few which make most of the posts. Im going to give you 7/10 as its not bad, but could be better.

Moderation:
3 people who can moderate your forum is enough for the activity your getting, I dont think you need to hire someone until your activity gets a lot better. Ive looked through the forum and you dont get too many posts, So im going to give you 10/10 for this as theres nothing to improve on.

Activity:
Your forum isnt too active, I hate to be negative but this is a major problem and needs to be a priority. I suggest that you make a competition to attract more members, Make it so the Competition involves the Members spending time on the forum, whether its A refferal competition or posting, it will make your forum more active, and is well worth doing, especially as its christmas, you can say its a christmas competition. Im going to give you 13/20 for this as i think its the biggest problem with your forum.

Ive had a look around and the spelling and grammar seems to be of a good quality around the forum, 9/10
