Live forum stats on a banner

Can someone give me a tutorial on how to put my forums live statics on my signature banner? Ive been seeing these and wonder how I can make one

It's called a dynamic signature, and works by allowing a .php file to take the information and present it on an image background, then export as a single image. A quick Google search brings the following result, hopefully it's helpful to you;

You'll have to excuse me, I don't use phpBB that much and completely forgot their 2.X boards are still up. Here's a more recent link;

Seeing as I don't know too much about phpBB, i'm afraid this is as much help as I can provide. You can either Google around for different MODs out there, wait for someone who knows more about phpBB to help you, or keep trying yourself.
