When I was a renter I looked at a rental across the street from a cemetery. The location didn't bother me, it was actually a pretty nice place. I liked that it had a covered front porch / sunroom area. Those aren't too common where I live.
I didn't like that the parking was just a carport and it was behind the building in the alley. The lighting wasn't too good either, probably easy for people to steal your car or break into it because nobody could see what they're doing.
Anywho, I put in my application to rent that house and I didn't get selected. Oh well. I found somewhere else to live. It was near a hospital so instead of ghosts haunting me, I had the sounds of constant ambulance sirens haunting me. Lol
Yeah, we looked at a home for sale next door to a DEAD zone and it does affect me, I can't handle living near the cemetery. I do like how clean and maintained they can be and at times can be nice however knowing there are full of dead people there, Nope.
I get weird, I feel I get affected also, I don't know why but when I walk into a cemetery I feel that I'm being looked at and I can feel the spirit. Knowing that the house is next door to win, I won't be able to sleep right
