Does anyone use these systems for their site/forum? I am using it for my new site, i think it will work really well, and gives the users the answers they need quickly.

It really depends what you forum/site is. If it is a hosting site then i think it would be good but if it is a chat forum it is not needed and it just clutters up the forum.

I would use it but I have no idea where to get it from so I can use it on my forum.

I think it would work grate with my site

I agree with Fowler however, If the site is huge, With tons of members coming in some websites such as GameBattles decide to use it for accounts ect..
