I am very worried over the load time for my site especially in IE. I am not sure what is causing this, just thought you might have an idea and probably tricks on how I may improve my site so that it loads fast.
loads fine for me, is this on a cpanel host? If so just first check the server load and also the disk usage. If its at a very high percent for disk usage then will be getting slow. Server load depends on how many cores really. I'd ask your host if the problem persists.
It seems fine to me... Sometimes servers do have slow periods while backups are happening or just when there is a traffic surge or even if there is a DDoS happening on the server. Some hosts also overload their servers so at on peek times the server load is really high and therefore affecting the speed of the site while at off peek times the site loads normally. Or it could be a problem on your end.
If you really want to speed up the loading of your site there are many things you can do but they won't speed up loading that much and if the server is overloaded it won't make much difference and in fact your speed will get worse as all the sites on the server grow bigger.
