Logo for Christian Forum

I am looking for a logo for my Christian Forum. The logo should contain the word "Indian Christian" with a Cross & India flag background if possible. I will pay 350FP$ for this.

Can the background be transparent? Plus can the text height be adjusted little so it can centered. I am will be using the logo for dark theme as well.

Will i get png file alone?

That's okay, there's no problem in changing the text at the logo. Are you interested in it? If so I can send over finished PNGs as well as the PSD.
