- I don't really get the gray area on "I" and "W". What are those for?
- The wing on "I" looks weird, but I like the one at the end of "s".
- I would suggest to make the total height of "wing" and "studios" the same as the height of "iron" since a blank space doesn't look good there.

all in all a good attempt but I will tell you something that I have learned over the past 3 years that I have spent studying and working.
sometimes(actually most of the time) when you go for professional in graphics you will find less is more.
Less flashy stuff and things coupled with strong text giving a clear cut message of he brand is the easiest way to sum things up.
hope you are getting what I mean. This logo isn't quite a professional looking one. But I can say you have the potential to improve a lot.
