My suggestion for improving it: I would add a bit of gradient maybe. If you want to keep the lettering light like that, I'd get a FG to Transparent and go from bottom to half way up in a lightish gray. If you change the color or make the text darker, make a glossy sheen to it.
But it is a very good simplistic look right now 🙂 I think a gradient is the way to go for the text.
