Correct. What what I got planned is kinda difficult, but you can either create something all on your own if you like to make your own work. As far as what I would like, take this picture:
http://img816.imageshack.us/img816/8194/disgaea13.jpg and get rid of the background so only the girl with the red spiky pigtails remain, that's it. nothing else. Have mr popo from this picture: http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4092/popo0.jpg and keep only him and the two bottles he's combining from that picture. Basically I would like a collage of different anime characters across the banner, all interacting with each other and then the words Otaku Heaven somewhere in the banner, probably the center top of the banner. It would require a lot of cutting things out, resizing them, and layering them over and under each other. Have a beam shooting out of Goku's hands as he is doing an attack, have an anime couple kissing, next to them Negi Springfield up in the corner getting an attack charged. It's hard to create great works of art when you are told what to do, so feel free to do whatever your mind wants. Create something special.
