It's the same aspect ratio as you requested you can resize it to the size you requested and it won't distort.

You could do it in any program, even Paint.

How can i lower the logo's bytes?

You can compress the image. Search this to find out more. You can achieve it in most image programs. It may that the web site you are uploading to has an option to do this.
