This is a cool idea I had for a quick and free ad program, and built it in a few days. If there is enough interest, I'll buy a domain for it. I'll also try to build a better algorithm for choosing ads to display in the plugin and create curves to make it more fair.

How it Works
Essentially, you upload your banner and place the plugin in your signature or on your site. This plugin will choose an ad to show based on its allotted views, and every time someone clicks your plugin, your ad gains more allotted views (currently 15 per click). You can even click your own plugin once a day.
Even if you don't want to put the ad anywhere, you can still register and get 15 free views.
And why put the plugin in your signature instead of your own banner? Because it is in other people's signatures. I put it the image (which was logging IP's) in my signature a few days ago, and you'd be pretty surprised how many views it got just from my signature and all my posts on FP. I also think people will be more likely to click your ad.
It can be done in a minute if you already have a banner.
Participating Without Registering
If you have some free room in your signature however you are not interested in advertising, you'd be an even bigger help if you could put the code in your signature. If there are people who are not gaining "allotted views" from clicks (like me), then it allows the program to benefit advertisers. Here is the code:
