He will and could. Just not at a forum like FP because the ages of the webmasters here is lower and they are not really looking for something of that cost. At other places he could get it.

Try to sell it on Flippa. Most people here won't be able to afford this. Many can't afford a hosting plan for the forums, lest 1K for a site 🙂
