I recommend changing or modifying the logo to match the rest of the site as it just looks like it doesn't belong there. And, you should reduce some of your forum sections as it will make your site look very small. Other than that, Good Luck! 🙂

I'd go with more of a simple structure so have you community stuff like news, member introductions etc

Then have 4-6 things related to what your forum is related to
