What would you rate as your longest time without any sleep?

At one point I remember working on helping my father with moving data over from his old site to his new site at one time, and I ended up being awake for 6 days straight before deciding that sleep would help me finish properly transferring and adjusting his wordpress installation. I had to work on a ton of stuff to get it to work correctly, and ended up sacrificing sleep over it.

Mine is 3 days. I once assisted a very very complicated neurosurgery for a AV malformation in a 12 year old child. The surgery lasted 46 hours straight and it was terrifying. I couldnt sleep the next day also because I was on duty and couldnt risk falling off because the boy needed continuous manual bag ventilation.

From what I remember it is less than 48 hours that I was able to withstand without sleep. But my sister who is a nurse, used to stay awake for more than 48 hours every week during her hospital duty when she was on training. Even now in the hospital, nurses have duties of more than 24 hours straight like doctors. I wonder how they can do their work efficiently when they lack sleep.

I good Three days for me! Flying from point A to B. It was back in 2013 and it was just that I can not sleep on the flight over as it was just crazy. But I lasted that amount and after not getting that amount of sleep darn it takes a troll

I usually BSoD, install updates, and reboot the next day when I stay up for two long. But back in my coffee days, a couple of days or so.

Something between 30-48 hours. I've done it twice actually, both times at sleepovers when I was younger. I just can't sleep at someone else's place so I've always up either gaming or watching TV. But when I get back home, I can't sleep because it's light outside and it feels weird.
