If you know how to configure a VPS, I use RamNode. They are really awesome, have little to no downtime, and offer VPSes in 4 locations (NYC, Atlanta, Seattle and Amsterdam). Plus, Nick A. (the owner of RamNode) is super awesome and very friendly!
