looking for a resellar host

I am currently hosted at site5 but they do not offer dedicated ip's only id you need an ssl certificate, and i need a dedicated ip for my phpbbhs script i purchased from CyberAlien.

if anyone knows a good host please post in here or send me a pm

my budget is around £20 a month at the most

Well, it looks hard to find a good one for less then £20 a month. Have you looked on google?
