Well, we're already affiliated, but I don't mind changing it to a 3-way-link exchange if it's cool with you two.

Well, as I told you, he could most likely just nofollow you, I'll nofollow him, and you nofollow me.

That could work too. Then you still get the 'human' traffic from the other sites, just not the crawlers.
