Looking for cheap places to advertise Noble Cloud.

I'm looking for cheap places (under $5 a month) to advertise Noble Cloud as a text link.
Your site must receive a decent amount of daily visitors.
Also, if you have a valid pagerank it would also help.
But it's not the pagerank I'm after, it's the amount of views and clicks the ad would get.

Your alexa rank is 4 million and something.
Mine is 3.9 million and something.

I am trying to promote my site.
So I will need one that receives more traffic than mine.

Also, your site is gaming related.
People visiting your site would be looking for games not web hosting.
Noble Cloud is a web hosting company so I would need targeted traffic.

Webmaster forums and the like would be great.
Any other offers? 😉
