Looking for Exchanges for Admin/Hosting Forum

Exchange Details: I am looking for an exchange, preferably with forums related to IT stuff, programming, internet, gaming, nerdy/geeky stuff, etc. because that's what I am interested in, and I don't want to just do 10 posts and never visit your website again. I am open to suggestions, but would really like to confirm a trade before anyone starts posting.

I am hoping to do exchanges within the range of 10/10, but if you have other ideas let me know!

My forum is a web admins forum, and would hopefully like to find some people that are interested and might actually stick around for a while.

My forum is BRAND NEW so I really would like some people that can be active for a little while and really get some content moving.

Let me know what you guys think, and I am happy to answer any questions at all about my site or potential exchanges.
