Looking for feedback on template

Just look at the template. The site isn't done quite yet. It's custom-coded primarily using xHTML and CSS 3, but it uses two PHP includes as well.

Personally, I'd prefer a fixed background with a repeat x or y depending on the size.

Appreciate it. My original plan was the Rock Band icons in a background similar to Dashing, but it didn't work out.
