We are currently hosted by Siteground and love them but we know as our site grows we will need to move to VPS or dedicated hosting rather than shared. We also need a host that supports somethings that Siteground doesn't. We need the following:

Email included
Supports elasticsearch 2.0
Great for running Xenforo with large user base

Any ideas or suggestions?

Have you tried just running your own VPS? That way you can make sure everything is installed that you need, but you will either need to pay for someone to manage it or manage it yourself.

Hostinger is a very good Shared Hosting company. I use them for my VPS and I started with Shared hosting and it works out really well. Top Notch support and 24/7 uptime. Plus it comes with a free domain and free SSL Certificate.

I also referred someone else to them and he has been using it for a bit and is very happy.

I would recommend using Google Cloud, I use them for most of my hosting services and it's been working out great. It's a tough learning curve though but it has options to set up ElasticSearch. So far it seems stable with a large userbase so I would totally recommend it.

WHUK is the finest hosting service because, in my opinion, they value the needs of their customers.
Support is critical in the hosting industry since it helps consumers to solve issues at any moment.
Customers rated them 4.8 out of 5 for excellent 24/7/365 support and 99.95 % uptime.
Their administrative and technical teams have always been available to support us with anything we've requested and to ensure a smooth move to their server.

You no longer need a programming guru to set up your site. You no longer need to be a computer guru to get a web site posted. Web hosting service has vastly improved since the beginning days of the internet.

How long has the web host been in business? Have they changed management/ ownership in that time or, more importantly, recently?
