Looking for icon resources

I'm looking for somewhere to locate a set of icons that are in both 16px and 32px form, as well as in white and dark grey.

Any ideas?

I use www.iconfinder.com as you are able to pick which size you like. Thats solving half your problem I guess...I choose this website because a lot are FREE and they have the best resource of icons to suit my needs.
