The forum isn't active so if you're sharing profits with all of your staff members ( worst - for the topics that they've started ) , what's stopping one of them from starting their own android forum to get all of the profits?

Is there anything else that you have to offer?

I checked your forum and there seems to be many (few hundred) registered members but not so many posts, too many categories and some boards are completely empty...

work on it, promote it.
