Looking for someone to host a MyBB forum

Basically I'm no good with the tech stuff, I'm looking for someone who can supply me with free hosting (or relatively cheap) and 'run' the tech side of the forum for me, so uploading plugins, making changes, fixing etc.

I would ideally like you to be active on the forum too, it will be about movies and films. If you can do this please contact me.

Well I'm hoping to get the forum quite active but I'm not great with the tech side of things so I wouldn't really know how much I'd need. What's the norm?
