Looking for this kind of Points System

I really like the layout of IPB forums. The forum I want to create is one where members earn points and then can use these points to vote for their favourite groups by adding their points to an overall bank/pot of their choosing. Is there some sort of points system that allows members to do this? If there is not one for IPB but a different forum software, that'd be great too. Thanks.

FP uses Ultimate Points I believe, which is for phpBB. 🙂

Do you know if members are able to send their points to an overall "bank" using this? Like using their points as a way to vote?

The plugin they suggested does have a banking system, I'm an Administrator of a forum with this plugin. 🙂
