I am currently looking to buy active forums, covering topics such as webmastering, domain names, web hosting, forum management, admin talk, server management etc. but would also consider general forums as in off topic etc.
The main requirements are:
+ Forums must be "active" as in about min. 50 - 100 posts per day
+ Forums must have at least a few thousand topics / replies
+ Forums must have active users - as in users who return daily
+ Forums must not have been promoted as "for sale" anywhere
+ Forums cannot contain anything illegal (warez, leaks, copyrighted stuff etc)
+ Forums must be based on either vBulletin 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 or 4, Invision Power Board 3.1 and 3.2,
phpBB 3.0 or MyBB so I can convert them easily to another forum software.
It's also important that you name your price when contacting me. I am not interested in games of any kind, meaning if you tell me your price I will take that price as your "lowest" price that you would sell for and instantly decide if I buy it or not. That said, don't play games like telling me 500$ just to try getting out most of it. If you say 500 I won't ask you if 350 would be ok - I would just say no thanks if I think the price is too high for my needs.
