Obviously you have never purchased forum posts from a professional forum poster. Forum Promotion is the only place that I have seen charge under 0.10$ per post. Most freelance posters charge anywhere from 0.20$ to 0.50$ easy. It is all about the quality that you are looking for. I have been paid 0.35$ per post for 100 posts before.

Being bluntly honest, I don't care whether or not people think I charge too much.

As MrJohn said, people who charge 5-10 cents a post will give you this:

"That's a good idea, i think ill try it out"

While I would give something like this:

"That is definitely a good idea. I think I could try this idea out sometime in the near future. Thanks for this!"

Note how the grammar is perfect and I have extended the post to much more depth.

I'm looking to pay for forum posts, but that won't cut it for me.

Adding, "in the near future. Thanks!" is a way to superficially bloat up posts to make them look longer. There's nothing 'deep' about it. It doesn't contribute anything and it doesn't create any possibilities for new discussions (for example, including a question in the reply could at least inspire another member to discuss some new aspect of the topic being discussed).

Good luck finding people to give you the $20 🙂 If it doesn't work out for you I'm always available but I'd like to do it under my terms.

I'll give you $20 to:

1) Start 150 new threads with some interesting information and room for discussion in them 🙂 I would want them unique and valuable (as in legitimate topics that people can discuss, with nice introductions).

Or

2) Write four blog posts for my site, TechGeeks. I'll take product reviews or tutorials or something 🙂 They must be 100% unique and they must contribute something to the site. There has to be a reason why somebody would want to read them. I'd like them to be at least 800 words each 🙂

I feel like my offer is more difficult than what you're looking for but I feel like it's one of the fastest ways you could get your $20.

I'm interested in starting the 150 topics, though I would require to get the money first as I need it immediately.

I have great reputation on here and if you ask anyone on here, they would say I am trustworthy person.

If you wish to have me post first, I will have to look for another alternative in getting the money.

I'm concerned about the post quality. I trust that they'd be done but I don't want to get into a conflict about which posts are high quality and which aren't.

How long would it take you to do 150 topics? Could it be done in let's say, five days? How soon do you need the money?

Could you do around five or ten topics by tomorrow morning so I can see what they'd be like? (If they're not what I'm looking for I'll pay you for them but I won't continue through the rest of the deal and we'll stop there.) If they're reasonable then I could pay you for those + prepay for a few more so you can get more money sooner.

I'd be willing to work something out with you for this but I can't pay it all upfront before anything is done.
