Looking to sell Vbulletin

Hey everyone, I am looking to sell my Vbulletin forum, I have never sold a forum before so I am not sure where to start. I don't have time for the forum anymore, the forum is a personal interests forum, it was not created to bring in revenue but to bring people together of the same interests.

I have a Vbulletin 4 Suite, it has free updates and free support, I have full license for the suite. The domain has nearly a year left on it.

How much would the Forum Suite be worth?
