Lost Confidence

Have you ever lost confidence in running/administrating a forum ?
How did you loose your confidence ?
How did you regain it?

I lost my confidence back in maybe oct.. nov.. I emailed everyone on the forum that I'm closing. They emailed me back with some encouragement and some even emailed me back some threats that if I close it they will kill me.. -bigeyes-

Well not that extreme..

But anyway, I listen to them and kept it open. It is starting to pick up.. finally.. 😛

I am actually losing it, at the moment. No lie. My forum is great, the communtiy is the best. But, here lately, I've been getting alot more members , and alot less people who play brawl.

And, my active brawl members, aren't so active anymore.

I try everything to keep things fresh. I know the game can't last forever. But I've been spending so much money, and time, to promote my forum, and it's not going in the forum's favor.
