Hey there, parts of your banner look a bit fuzzy and others look distorted which doesn't look very good. I don't really like the skin you're using either, i find elements of it such as the category headers very large and seeing as you're using a full screen skin there are lots of large empty spaces.
My advice would be to have a new banner made (we have a very talented graphics team here that could do one for you) and change to a fixed width forum skin.
As for members, posts and topics you seem to be doing fine. A freshen up should really help when promoting in the future.
Thanks for the advice! We are having a bit of a problem because the person that normally does all that stuff is unavailable. So neither me or any of the other mods and such, know a whole lot about this. Hence the reason for joining this site! I'm hoping to get some advice and some ideas.

I quite like the site, The Skin is ok, The Ads are a bit off putting, and it might be worth getting some Forum Icons of the Faces of the Characters for their Forums 😉, For people that cant put the name to the face 🙂

Not a bad forum you have there. The banner is quite nice...simple, yet effective. The post count and member count seem to be doing at the moment and the template is OK. Not sure if a section was needed for every single character though but I wish you all the luck with your forum 😀

I would suggest editing the index.template.php file so that the shoutbox is somewhere besides the bottom of the page.
Also, I would suggest upgrading to 1.1.5, there were a few bugs that were fixed, and it has greater compatibility with MODs. Best of luck to your forum!
well in regards to the character boards, we did that to keep it a bit cleaner and such.
we are also having a problem, because while there are quite a few members a lot of them are spam. because we had to take the captcha down because it wasn't working for most people.
