Is it possible to transfer a namecheap domain to cheapdomains ?

Or would I need to make an account on namecheap?

http://www.forumjunkies.info/ has a forum which wasn't really set up, but you can have it if you want, also AdBB does too. Also I'm not sure about the first question, you would most likely have to make an account on namecheap.
