Extension Description: Adds a lottery system to UCP that integrates with Caramel.
Extension Version: 0.1.0 (Beta)

Features:

• Can have multiple games running at a time.
• Games can have start and end dates.
• User can buy tickets for individual games.
• Ticket prices can be configured by users with permission (mod level permission).
• Games can be created by users with permission (mod level permission).
• (Future) Games can be forced to end (mod level permission).
• Config settings for lottery name, max tickets sold per game, max tickets sold per game per user, and default game length.
