I think you should get a different theme. Your current one is extremely unappealing and default looking. Or if you don't want to do that (for whatever reason), a new banner would help. Perhaps one that isn't as large in height and is more...well, neat looking. Someone would be happy to make you one here at FP. I also think you should get rid of the text "M1 FAMILY
M1 CARBINES!" at the top. If you have the forum name in the banner, then you shouldn't have to have the plain text where the banner is supposed to be anyway.
Thanks for the feedback Anothema but most of my members are older and they like simple and the way I see it its a gun forum, doesn't need to be fancy. I don't want to over complicate it for the older members. Most Gun forums anyway are pretty plain. I may add a few new things. I also made a poll and almost all members said to leave the banner at the top the same but I do want to change it. Thanks again for the quick review.
Very unique forum. Never seen a forum about a specific type of gun. You have good content, but the theme isn't very attractive. The logo looks like a image you just pull off of Google Images.
I did pull it off google images. I was going to get something better but all the users said to keep it and like I said the average age of users on my forum is 60 years old. They really don't care for catchy themes etc. Like I've said its a gun forum, no need for anything fancy, know if it was a clan forum then yeah it would have a better theme. But I have some ideas to spruce it up a bit haha.
