Yeah, we are desperately looking for new members. My priority this summer is to get as many members as possible, and maybe even establish some regular contests so people can stay active.

That's a great idea, and you should just be focused on members/activity for a while. Why don't you exchange for activity in the 'Post Exchanges' section of this forum? It's a great service and will get you a great jumpstart. 😀
