Hm not your best, sorry it just doesn't blend well for me, so 5/10.

It also looks like a stock background, with a couple of renders and some text chucked on it.

To many focal points and it's not really a banner... It's more of a large art. The blending is okay but the guy faded should be a little more faded imo.
