Mail task isnt executing in informatica

I have a task where i should send mail saying NO DATA FOUND whenevr the target rows succeeds =0 . this condition occurs whenever an empty source file gets processed. I have applied the condition on the link to mail task ,but mail task isn't working. Can someone help me giving me a solution for this.
