Make a Custom Network - 1,000 FP$

Okay, I want to make a social network.
But I can't find any really good free social network websites, (I don't have any sort of money, paypal or otherwise) so I've resorted to buying a custom made social network with FP$.

It will include a chat page, a homepage, a groups page (where everyone can make their own page; public, private, or hidden) , a profile page (with a wall), the option of logging in with other social networks, a competition page, a forum/message board, a video page (where everyone around the world submits videos), a Sponsers page, a news page, and a blog type page, where everyone writes what they are doing that day, and lastly, a page where you can 'Snap! It', a feature which enables you to show everyone around the world what you have Snap!ed. People can also subscribe to someone's Snap!s as well.
You can also Snap! videos, messages, and much more. When you snap something, you can (optionally) get it known on Twitter and Facebook.

That's it really. I would like it to be simple. The name I'm using is 'Snap! It'. Obviously.
You can either ask me for a free website host, or set it up yourself. I'm no good at coding/designing, so don't ask me for any help.

Payment: 1,000 FP$, and Rep+ if I like it. You can also be a VIP on the website (which means you can have your advertisement on the Sponser page.

http://sharetronix.com/sharetronix/ is a good free social networking software, but im afraid nobody will custom code you one for 1000 FP$.

I don't accept illegal stuff, I'm sorry. There are lots of free hosts out there.

And someone has already reccomended that site to me once, but it's the fact I can do nothing at all to do with downloading and uploading, and installing, the first reason is I know nothing about it, the second is that I'd get in trouble for downloading stuff on my laptop with my family.

I'm not really asking for loads of code stuff, just do the pages, and all the features, and I could ask someone else to upload themes, etc.

Just so nobody gets confused about that, somebody was offering nulled software but the post got deleted.
